We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before to provide enough time to prepare for the lesson.

Changing room. You will have access to a Family Changing room.
Sessions are designed to build water confidence, body awareness, and motor coordination.

We use hydrotherapy techniques, visual aids, and calming routines to support sensory regulation and autonomy.

Activities may include stroke development, floating, water games, or co-regulation experiences depending on each participant’s goals.

All sessions prioritise safety, structure, and meaningful engagement in the water.
